Not Happy at All :(

I paid for expedited shipping so I could wear this to my 60th Birthday celebration! When it didn't come until the day after my Birthday, I was devastated! My order confirmation is May 24, 2020. The day I received it was May 28th, 2020. NOT ACCEPTABLE in any manner. 2 of the stones were laying loose in the inner bag so it's not even acceptable to keep. Also, I called on my Birthday, May 27th and left a voice mail message and NO ONE returned my call, they STILL haven't!!! That is NOT the way to run a business.
I'm returning today and expecting a FULL refund.

Hi Mary, I am sorry that you did not get the package when you wanted it. The order was placed on a Sunday. The next day, May 25th was Memorial Day, a national holiday. The order was shipped the first business day available which was Tuesday by Express. Our Express service is listed as usually 1 day and sometimes 2 and was delivered on the 2nd day. Regarding any defect, we would, of course, take care of you. NYC has been closed since March 20th due to COVID-19 until tomorrow, June 9, 2020. If you have left a message, then it will be heard when we re-open. Thanks
