Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this Web site for the sole purpose of placing an order with our company or using this Web site as a shopping resource.
Permission is also granted to use these pictures on another website only to sell products purchased from our company. Any other use of materials on this Web site...including reproduction for purposes other than those above, modification, distribution, or republication without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
At this time, we only have the website. We may print a catalog in the future. If you would like to sign up for our mailing list which may also be used for a catalog in the future, then please enter you information in the mailing list or newsletter link at the bottom of this page.
Our business hours are:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm EST
Friday 9am - 3pm EST
We are closed on weekends and holidays (although orders are sometimes picked on those days.
Our shipping closes 2 hours earlier than our closing times.
Due to credit card restrictions, we are only able to accept orders placed on the website.
The current laws in the USA, allow us to provide tax-free ordering in most states except for NY and a few others.
If we are shipping your order within NY, we will need to collect sales tax.
We do not collect taxes on International. International customers will pay tax and tax related charges when the order enters their country. Please check with your local government.
We do not give discounts to charities. A portion of our profits are given in charitable donations every year. We keep need to keep that separate from sales.

The silver plating is genuine silver plated over alloy. There is an anti-tarnish coating which protects the silver products from tarnishing. Use, perfumes, hairsprays, storage and time can cause the anti-tarnish to wear down but even in that case they can be cleaned with a silver cleaner. Plating has gotten to be so good that we almost never hear of issues.
Most of the products are made in China. Although, some are still made in the USA and other countries, the majority is made in China.
We only use the highest quality crystal. Our reputation is important to us. Until the year 2010, most of the product was using Swarovski Austrian Crystal. Today, the quality of crystal has improved greatly where there are many crystal companies making the same quality that we used before 2010. There are also lower qualities available, which we do not use. It is clear in our product that we are only using crystal of the highest quality.
The jewelry is warrantied for manufacturing defects. If the jewelry is broken in another way (not a manufacturing defect), we can usually fix them without charge as well. If you have received a product with a problem, then please write on a return paper the following information:
- Invoice Number.
- Name on the invoice
- Style number of the product with a problem.
- What the problem is.
- Let us know if the box delivered in perfect condition?
- What you would like done.

All items are lifetime warrantied for manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product.
Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 20 days from receipt for a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee. If they come back later than the 20 days return period, there will be a 50% restocking fee. No returns past 60 days will be accepted. We do not refund freight
Product that is returned other than in it's original condition, shows sign of wear or not in it's original packaging will be refunded less a 50% re-stocking fee. The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape.
A returned item due to manufacturer's defect, will be replaced if returned within 10 days of receipt, in it's original packaging and shows no sign of wear. Otherwise, it will be repaired at no charge. If a refund is requested for it, then the appropriate restocking charge fee will apply.
Sale items, special order items and components (such as stones, etc.) are not returnable.
Ship the return:
Just include a copy of the invoice and write a note on it of what you would like done and ship the package insured to the address below. We strongly recommend insuring any return and packing them well as we can not take responsibility, if we do not receive the return or if it comes in damaged. If a package is returned without instructions it will be treated as a request for refund.

Shipping confirmations are usually emailed the same day that the order is placed unless it is a weekend or holiday. If you did not receive the shipping confirmation, then please check your junk or spam folder. Inside that email you will see the tracking number with a link to check the whereabouts of your package.
